4. Subscription and Payments

You retain all rights to the documents, playbooks, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload content and that Your Content complies with applicable laws and these terms.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only
• The Service does not provide legal advice
• You should consult qualified legal counsel for legal matters
• AI suggestions may contain errors and should be verified
• Final decisions about contracts are your responsibility
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI analysis

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Legal Redline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We treat Your Content as confidential. We will not access Your Content except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations. We implement appropriate security measures to protect Your Content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Make changes or updates to improve the Service
• Experience downtime due to factors beyond our control

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We will provide notice unless we believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export Your Content before termination. We will delete Your Content within 30 days of account closure, unless retention is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms
